We are playing Dungeons and Dragons this Monday at 6:00 p.m. We are playing the Epic level party resuming the Illerth War Campaign.

Three Days have past

Collossal golems are visible in any direction. The pause periodically to build up a huge red charge that they discharge in the form of a gigantic ball of fire propelled from their round mouth. Great round cannons of fire that ignite whole sections of the city killing and charring remains of the citizenry. The city is all but rubble. The death toll is near total. The last remaining refugees are leaving by boat. A feat that has become difficult due to a golem waist deep in the bay smashing boats like an angry child. You see a huge catamaran with a small castle suspended between the pontoons. It is just about the final departure from this accursed city.

I need some replys on what action you are taking.

With the rejection of the Crown of Life from BAST the party has tipped the scales heavily towards Evil. A far from surprising development. The party has fled to it's safe house in Waterdeep. Unfortunately Waterdeep is under heavy siege by the Dreadlords. Monstrous Golems the size of two story towers walk about pushing over buildings and stepping on anything too slow to get out of the way. Thousands of man sized golems comb the streets and ruined buildings for people to kill. You hear the sounds of combat coming from every direction. The city is in utter chaos.

We are playing Monday at 6:00.

I am considering altering the rules for Vorpal weapons. Here are the options:
1. leave it alone
2. Fully Vorpal only on a natural 20
3. allow a reflex save.

New Party

Recently I went through my old favorite characters who I never play due their levels. This made me want to play them again. To this end we are creating a new Super High Level party! Here are the parameters for making these characters:

Level 75
Anything goes. You can use any class/spell/item(with the exception of artifacts and private spells) whatever from any 3.5 or pathfinder book.

You can be a 75th level paladin that rides an ancient black dragon.

You can be a 75th level wizard lich.

You can be a 25th level wizard, 25th level fighter, 25th level cleric.

You can be a Storm Giant/50th levelfighter.

You can be a 40th level sorcer/beholder.

You get the picture. The more bizarre the party though the more difficult it will be to write a standard style campaign.

I will run the adventure for the sean/dewey party if we have enough players. Otherwise we will play one of the new games I got at Dcon. I was thinking RuneQuest but I still need to read the rules and it is a big rulebook.

Part of my adventure wrap up entails the King in Yellow offering you an enticement to work for him in the form of a magic item. Everyone who is on time gets a special Phil item. Late people get a book item. (Assuming of course that you are going to take his offer.)

P.S. Can I play Lord Destron if I tone him down some levels? What level would he need to be? I would make him a Fighter/Wizard/Necromancer: presteige class.
